Our pizzas

From the Italian tomatoes in our sauce to the flour milled in Naples in our home-made dough we take pride in our pizzas.

Our sauce is made fresh every day and we make the dough and proof it for around 30 hours for lighter, more digestible bases.

Perfect Pizzas

I had tried their pizzas at a couple of events and they were fantastic. Superb flavours and great light dough. I enjoyed them so much that I then booked them for a party I was having. They went down a treat. Everybody absolutely loved them. I would definitely recommend Fiamma Pizza whether looking for someone to cater for your event or if you have the opportunity to purchase from them.

The best! You won't regret it!

We hosted a large gathering for the night before our wedding, and fiamma catered for everyone with the most delicious pizzas and incredible little treats! This is not just pizza this is an experience and it is wonderful! Classic flavours combined with some unique extras!

We had Fiamma Pizza cater the night before our wedding, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The pizza was delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked – exactly what we needed to kick off the celebrations with our friends and family. They made everything so easy and stress-free, and the service was just as impressive as the food. I’ve also had their pizza at several CrossFit events, and they never disappoint. Whether it’s a big competition or a casual gathering, they always bring amazing energy, quality, and reliability. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do – and it shows. Highly recommend them for weddings, events, or just when you want top-notch pizza!

Food preferences & intolerances

We try very hard to include everyone in the pizza fun – about half of the menu is vegetarian and all of those pizzas can be vegan on request. We normally carry a small stock of pre-made gluten free base which can substituted* in place of our homemade bases. It is important to note however that the trailer is a small space and somewhat open to the elements. As such we are unable to guarantee that your pizza is entirely free from any trace of gluten. If you have coeliac disease, please feel free to discuss our process at the point of ordering to ensure it meets your requirements.
